1. When can I get started?
As soon as we received your order and your payment, an agent will prepare the subscription package that will be sent to your nominated email.
2. How do I connect the subscription to my TV or my device?
We supply subscription for the following platforms: Smart TV Samsung & LG, PC, Mac, Apple iPhone, iPad, Apple tv 4 & 5, Roku, Amazon Firestick, IPTV box, Android phones, and tablets, Android box, MAG 250, 254, 256, Enigma 2, Dreambox, Openbox and STB Emulator, provided that you know the minimum set-up to get started with. 3. What do I need to buy a subscription
To be able to get your subscription details with no delay, we will need the following from you:
- Email address
- Type of device & model you will be using
- Importantly, If your device require a Mac address to be set-up, we will need the Mac address of the device to activated it on our platform.
4. How many connection can I have with my subscription?
You are only allowed one connection at a time with this package subscription. Your ip address could be locked if we suspect various connections form our servers. Please, read our terms & Conditions for more details.
